Official Rules

1. SPONSOR
The VIBE Cipher Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by VIBE Cannabis (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are at least eighteen (21) years of age at the time of entry. Officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

3. CONTEST PERIOD
Cipher sticker designs will be released periodically between April 20, 2026 at 11am CT and June 30th, 2026 at 9pm CT. The Sponsor will accept correct solution submissions between July 1st, 2026 at 12:00am CT and ends on or before July 31st, 2026 at 11:59pm CT (the “Contest Period”).

4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, participants may access the Cipher challenge (the “Puzzle”: www.vibecanna.com/cipher
To enter:
1. Obtain six (6) different sticker designs, each with symbols of codes that collectively form the Puzzle.
2. Solve the Puzzle; and
3. Submit the correct solution to our portal via www.vibecanna.com/cipher.

Participants will be disqualified if use of bots, AI, or hacking software is used on the Sponsor submission portal. All entries must be received before the end of the Contest Period. The Cipher portal will be open during the Contest Period. Participants can visit a participating dispensary to receive one or multiple sticker designs as they release to the public. Alternatively, participants can receive a sticker by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to (one stocker per envelope):

6. CONTEST DESCRIPTION (SKILL-BASED)
This Contest is a skill-based competition. Participants must apply logic, reasoning, and/or problem-solving ability to solve the Puzzle. Chance plays no role in determining the winner.

7. WINNER DETERMINATION
The three winners will be the first eligible participants to correctly solve the Puzzle and submit the correct answer, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If multiple correct solutions are received at the same time, the winners will be determined based on the earliest verifiable submission timestamp.

8. PRIZES
• Fifty-Two (52) grams of VIBE concentrate, purchased at $0.01 each at a participating dispensary partner.
• All expenses paid to trip to St. Louis to be congratulated by the VIBE team.
• Induction into VIBE VIP status, with individually serial numbered and inscribed VIBE VIP hat.
• Your own customized Stoney Toney character designed by VIBE.
• VIBE apparel and merch.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,200
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner(s) will be notified via email or phone by July 31st or within 7 days of determination of all three winners. Each winner may be required to:
• Provide proof of obtaining the 6 sticker designs
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility
• Sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
Failure to respond within 10 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By participating, entrants agree to:
• Be bound by these Official Rules
• Accept Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Tampers with the entry, submission, or solution process
• Attempts to cheat or undermine the Contest
• Attempts to win the contest multiple times through providing friends or family answers to the Content
• Violates these Rules

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use submitted solutions or related content for promotional or marketing purposes, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:
• Participation in the Contest
• Acceptance or use of any prize

13. DISCLAIMER
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Unauthorized human intervention

14. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, state compliance, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

15. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. WINNER LIST
